Super Realistic Plant-Based Pork Has Landed In TheVeganKind Supermarket

 Super realistic plant-based pork meat from food tech brand OmniPork, has just launched in the UK for the first time in retail. OmniPork Mince is now available to buy online at TheVeganKind Supermarket.

OmniPork is the WORLD'S FIRST plant-based "PORK" that is highly versatile and caters to the growing demand for Asian plant-based cuisine.

OmniPork Mince is made using non-GMO soy and pea, rice, and shiitake mushrooms. Every 100 grams contains 12 grams of protein and 3.8 grams of dietary fibre. The plant-based pork contains 0mg cholesterol and no GM ingredients, antibiotic-free and hormone-free.

OmniPork mince is succulent, tender, and can be prepared in many different ways: steamed, pan-fried, deep-fried, stuffed, crumbled or formed into meatballs and patties. The product will retail at £3.99 for 230g.

OmniPork initially rolled out in the UK via foodservice in January and appeared on the menus of select restaurants across the country. Another product from the OmniPork range - OmniPork Strip is expected to launch in the coming months.
