With eight core pizzas including the ‘Pac Mac’ (burger pizza), ‘Hangry Birds’ (chicken and vegetable pizza), and ‘Spice Invaders’ (pepperoni pizza), as well as ever-changing limited edition offerings, starters, and desserts, NXT LVL PZA is helping to change the face of the vegan fast food game.
NXT LVL PZA was born out of a desire to show pizza lovers that it’s not difficult to switch to a plant-based diet. Envisioning a world where plant-based food is the default and not just an option, NXT LVL PZA has crafted a menu of game-changing pizzas using the world’s best plant-based ingredients.
Fabio Matticoli, the Founder & CEO of NXT LVL PZA, said: “I’ve always craved a delicious, dirty, meaty pizza that doesn’t harm animals and the planet, but the vegan pizza options out there just weren’t satisfying to me. That’s why I decided to start this business, inviting the best food tech companies, and experienced QSR professionals to create vegan pizza that wins on taste, price and convenience.”

The new venture has already brought in relevant culinary and operational expertise with Edin Basic (Founder Firezza Pizza) and Jerry Gamez (Ex CEO of Le Pain Quotidien) on the Advisory Board.
