BOSH!'s vegan cookbook has sold 300,000 copies and has officially entered the top bestselling 50 UK cookbooks of all time.
Henry and Ian are the pioneers of plant-based cooking in the UK. They started sharing their vegan recipes online in June 2016, and their Facebook profile attracted 1.8 million fans during the first year. Today, their recipes videos reach over 26 million people a month.
Their first cookbook, BOSH!: Simple recipes. Unbelievable results. All plants has become the first vegan cookbook to reach Number 1 in the Sunday Times Bestsellers chart. The book stayed on top for four weeks and sold over 100,000 copies at the time.
Now, the sales reached 300,000 copies, and the book has officially landed on the top bestselling 50 UK cookbooks chart of all time.
The vegan duo announced the news on Instagram, saying: "When we started BOSH! we had no idea where this crazy adventure would take us.
"This week we got the news that our first cookbook has hit 300,000 sales, and is officially in the top 50 UK cookbooks OF ALL TIME!
"We wanted to send a mega big thank you to everyone that has supported us, bought a book, watched a video, left a comment, or cooked a recipe, BOSH! would not be BOSH! without your support."
