Spanish Vegan Cheese Landed At The Vegan Kind

Barcelona based Flax & Kale has launched it's dairy-free products at The Vegan Kind Supermarket. The range includes vegan version of gouda, creamy spread, grated cheddar and cheddar slices, mozzarella style grated and mozzarella slices, mixed cheese cubes and grated 4 cheese style. The 100% plant-based cheeses taste and melt like the real thing!

In Spain, Flax & Kale offers the largest range of plant-based meats and cheeses available on the local market. The range released in 2021 featured 14 vegan meat and 31 vegan cheese products created by chef Teresa Carles and the special dedicated development team.

At the time of the Spanish launch, Jordi Barri, CEO of Teresa Carles Healthy Foods, “Our ambition is to lead the plant-based market in Spain in the coming years with a very varied offer and really competitive prices that we can guarantee thanks to 100% local production. This launch is just the first step in that direction, with many more to follow in the coming months.”
