*Frozen products are packed in specialised insulated packaging designed to maintain frozen temperatures for up to 24 hours from dispatch, provided the delivery is completed on the first attempted delivery.

*While we take all reasonable care to ensure products are dispatched in a frozen state, we cannot guarantee the condition of products if delivery is delayed due to circumstances outside our control.

*Frozen deliveries cannot be left unattended, left with neighbours, or placed in a safe place. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

• The delivery address provided is correct and complete;

• Someone is present at the delivery address to accept the delivery on the scheduled date.

 If delivery fails because no one is available to receive the order, this may result in the product defrosting.

We do not take responsibility for items delivered later due to customer's fault.

Cooking Instructions
Cooking appliances vary considerably please use our instructions as a guide only.
Remove from packaging and thaw for 2 hours, place on a baking tray in a pre-heated 200°C oven for 10–12 minutes.
Once defrosted use within 72 hours.
From Frozen: Place on a baking tray in a pre-heated 200°C oven for 20–23 minutes or air-fry at 220°C for 18 minutes.
