Extra Virgin Olive Oil PGI Lakonia is a true example of what real Greek olive oil should be, exceptional in quality, outstanding in taste and packed with powerful health benefits. 

Made with the highest quality olives grown in the heart of Lakonia in Greece, it's a perfect blend of two local varieties Koroneiki and Athinolia harvested from small farms and cold-pressed within 24 hours to preserve its natural goodness.Koroneiki is known for its exceptionally high polyphenol content, while Athinolia, one of the oldest olive varieties in Greece and native to Lakonia is prized for its well-balanced flavour. Thanks to this combination this extra virgin olive oil has low acidity and high polyphenol content and offers a rich flavour that will complement any dish. 

The acidity measures around below 0.4% (and usually around 0.25%). 

The peroxide value is also very low, at approximately 6.00. 

High polyphenol content is  approximately 600 mg/kg.
