Balham Blue is inspired by dairy's Shropshire Blue. Beautifully coated and veined with Penicillium Roqueforti mould, its fragrant blue notes are balanced with vibrant annatto to deliver a mild and smooth blue cheese experience.
Best enjoyed on crackers, with classic accompaniments like apple slices and walnuts!
Ingredients
Coconut oil, almonds, tapioca flour, sweet potato, salt, nutritional yeast, annatto, vegan cultures.
Allergens in bold. (Prepared in a facility that also handles other nuts, gluten, soya and mustard.)

Storage
Store in the fridge between 3-5C and follow the best before date. Wrap well or put in the container after opening. Can be frozen up to 2 months and defrosted in the fridge.
