What Is Whole Brazil Nuts?

Brazil nuts come from one of the largest and longest-lived trees in the Amazon rainforest. The fruit and its nutshell– containing the edible Brazil nut– are relatively large and packed with micronutrients, especially selenium.

Why Should I Get Whole Brazil Nuts ?

It's not all just taste and texture though, besides being one of the richest dietary sources for selenium, a vital mineral for human health, it contains a significant amount of magnesium, phosphorus and thiamine.

They are very rich in protein and dietary fibre too, 28 g of Brazil nuts approximately contain 190 calories, out of which 170 calories can be attributed to its fat content.
