The Grande Cuvée 6 ans d’âge is the first of VIRGINIE T's collection of Champagne dedicated to special cuvées with prolonged ageing. The Grande Cuvée comes in an elegant black box. When creating this champagne Virginie Taittinger chose to combine the best Grands Crus from the 2008 harvest, an outstanding vintage, and 15% of reserve cuvée from the 2007 harvest. The 6 years old Grande Cuvée, has been aged in their cellars for 6 years. Ideally drank at 8 degrees - thermochronic ink on the back label will show a red V when the bottle reaches the perfect temperature.
