Organic Veggie Nuggets. Breaded soya-based vegetarian alternative to chicken nuggets, pre-fried. Thaw the veggie nuggets in the fridge. Place the thawed nuggets in a preheated pan with a little oil. Cook over medium heat about 4 - 5 minutes. Turn for several times during cooking.
