Balham Blue is inspired by dairy’s Shropshire Blue. Beautifully coated and veined with Penicillium Roqueforti mould, its fragrant blue notes are balanced with vibrant annatto to deliver a mild and smooth blue cheese experience.
Best enjoyed on crackers, with classic accompaniments like apple slices and walnuts!
