Ubriaco, is a slightly tangy cashew cheese aged for four weeks and infused in organic Malbec red wine. Made of three simple ingredients ( Organic cashew milk, live cultures and Halen Môn Anglesey sea salt), it is then fermented over 24 hours,

Activated cashew nut (62.5%), *filtered water, coconut milk, *Halen Mon sea salt, French vegan red wine (sulphites), wine grape powder, vegetable enzymes, *live culture. (*Non-organic ingredients)

Storage

Loosely wrap your cheese in cheese paper and keep chilled or freeze for up to three months in the freezer. Consume within three days of opening.
