An exciting and captivating wine. It's fairly intense floral nose introduces delicious ripe fruit flavours: melon, pear, apple and pineapple with a touch of vanilla. There's good acidity and a herbal edge and traces of the acacia in which its aged. Good with appetizers, light pasta, and rice dishes like saffron risotto, and both fresh and saltwater fish.
