Ideal for sauces, salads and fish dishes, these big, bold creations boast an unmatched taste, derived from locally milled British wheat flour, traditional artisan techniques and patience - we dry our pasta overnight, allowing healthy flavours to develop. To top it off, bronze dies are used to give the pasta texture for sauces to attach to, and our plastic-free, solar-powered production delivers a more sustainable and delicious British pasta. Our "family secret" blend of locally milled wheat flour replaces imported Durum semolina, while each pack is 100% recyclable.
