The White Rabbit Is Launching Frozen Vegan Pizzas

The White Rabbit Pizza Co is launching a vegan pizza range in the stores across the UK.

White Rabbit’s gluten-free, vegan pizzas such as The Smokin Vegan and The Vegan Gardener were previously available in a chilled format, and now they will be as well sold in the frozen isles.

The company's move is in response to increased demand for gluten-free and dairy-free plant-based pizza options.

White Rabbit was founded in 2015 by Nick Croft-Simon and Matteo Ferrari with a mission to manufacture authentic Italian-style crispy thin pizzas.

Co-founder of White Rabbit, Croft-Simon, said:

“It also totally makes sense to offer our consumers options that help to reduce food waste with longer shelf life that doesn’t compromise on quality and taste”.
