British free range pork salami that is based on a Greek Cypriot village sausage known as loukaniko. Using the Shinos seed, which is indigenous to the Mediterranean, we’ve created a traditionally nutty & earthy flavoured salami.

The ideal store cupboard salami that can be eaten as is with some cheese or used with an array of cooking dishes.

Made with red wine from the Troodos mountains of Cyprus, free range British pork, slowly fermented for up to 48 hours after being oak smoked for 8 hours in our one of its kind walk-in smokehouse. Then aged for up to one month in our state of the art ageing room.

All our products are shelf stable, meaning there’s no refrigeration required and have 6+ months shelf life. In fact all our products eat better when at room temperature. We recommend refrigeration once the pack has been opened, that’s if you have any left to refrigerate!
