A rich, deeply flavoured BBQ rub made with freshly ground coffee, a mix of smoked chillies, and coconut sugar. A perfect blend of sweetness, rich aromatics and heat. Rub generously on tofu, mushrooms or whatever you fancy for a smokey and sweet flavour. For best results leave to marinade for at least 2 hours, overnight if you’re good at planning ahead. Contains sea salt, so no need to salt your dish before using.
Field Blends are small batch, blended by hand, and packaged in a camp sized, reusable tin. Convenient, delicious and plastic-free.
