A staple for any cheeseboard, Sham has an indulgently creamy centre, infused with truffle oil to create rich, earthy tones. Styled on Camembert, Sham has an authentic rind which makes them perfect for baking, ideally with a loaf of crusty bread to hand.

* Keep refrigerated * Keeps for 8 - 12 days (please read the best-before date on the label). We don't recommend freezing, especially for best results, but if you do choose to, bake from frozen rather than defrosting

Water, rice bran oil, shea butter, starch (tapioca, potato), ALMONDS, MISO (SOY), nutritional yeast, salt, seaweed extract (carrageenan), faba (fava) bean protein, lactic acid, olive oil with truffle flavour, carrot concentrate, natural flavourings, cultures.
