Umé, also known as Asian plum, tastes like a boozy apricot with tropical fruit notes. There's quite nothing like it.

Our saké spritz incorporates premium junmai infused with 5% pure yuzu juice and umé extract. The pairing with pear juice provides body and creaminess without any overpowering sweetness typical of ready to drink cocktails.

Enjoy it chilled straight from the bottle or in a glass of your choice. As the product is gently balanced we do not recommend adding ice.
