Our coffee beans have been lightly roasted to perfection offering you the best possible coffee experience to enjoy: fresh and delicate fine aroma and a balanced blend of colourful flavours including apricot, marzipan with black tea and blackcurrant notes. It's ideal for those who prefer a milder flavour profile.

Our Organic Whole Coffee Beans are made with 100% Arabica variety which are grown around the hills of Mercedez in Honduras. Arabica (Coffea Arabica) is the star among coffees, loved by coffee connoisseurs from around the world, for its sweetness, delicacy, versatility and fragrant quality. 

Grown in a unique location

The mountains where our coffee is grown are located in the very south of Honduras. It's an area protected by some of the country’s highest peaks, next to Guisayote National Reserve and the Pacayita volcano which create ideal conditions to grow coffee - special micro-climate, rich soils, perfect altitude, diverse fauna and flora on and around the plantations, with plentiful natural shade.

       Innovative growing techniques: 

• Coffee grows in a plot distancing to improve oxygenation in the coffee and avoid diseases within the plantation

• New coffee varieties are being introduced to overcome climate change and coffee rust fungi.
