everything here is done proper. we slowly roast our hi-oleic, single origin, ethically sourced peanuts in small batches in our yorkshire factory. then, we carefully grind them to get the awesome smunchy (spreadably crunchy) texture. finally we pop it in your jar...simple, straightforward and proper! our nut butter is made in the traditional way, so we decided to call it proper nutty. enjoy yours!
