These sourdough crackers are made in small batches with Peter's Yards signature sourdough starter, which slowly ferments for 16 hours. They’re crafted from natural ingredients including Shipton Mill flour, British rapeseed oil and both black and white poppy seeds. Savour the crunch with a mild, crumbly cheese.

Ingredients
Wheat flour (wheat flour, Calcium, Iron, Thiamin, Niacin), rye flour, sourdough 16% (rye flour, water), rapeseed oil, muscovado sugar, poppy seeds 1% (black poppy seeds, white poppy seeds), sea salt.
