They are a fibre-rich protein source. Great for vegetable stews to add texture. Or to enrich a salad. To Cook: 1. Rinse beans 2. Soak for 4-6 hours (or overnight). 3. Place in a pot and cover with water above the beans. 4. Boil for 45-60 minutes and ensure that there’s always water in the pot. 5. Add more if necessary.
