Harvested from sun drenched organic vineyards in the heel of Italy, and produced by cutting the canes of the vines after ripening to allow 2 weeks of sun drying on the vine. Often regarded as a baby Amarone with sweet black fruit character and soft rounded flavour. A red wine highlight and one not to be missed.
