Because Suma's oils are extracted through pressing without the use of heat which lowers the quality of the oil that is extracted and makes it both less nutritious and less flavourful too. This process is it is referred to as cold-pressing and allows the oil to remain unrefined, free from additives and rich in oleic acid.
