Enjoy the authentic Japanese taste of our shoyu (also known as soy sauce). Made from fermented soybeans, wheat, water and salt. Slightly sweet taste (without added sugars!). It is softer and less salty tasting than sweet soy sauce. Very tasty in stir-fries, marinades and as a dipping sauce for sushi! Or as a basis for making soy sauce yourself.
