Kapusta kiszona in Polish, it can be used for pierogi (Polish dumplings), bigos (cabbage stew) and for many other dishes in Central and Eastern European cuisine.
Note on Packaging: Due to the live, acidic nature of traditional fermentation, minor surface oxidation (rust) may occasionally appear on the metal lid. This is a natural occurrence and, as confirmed by the producer, does not affect the quality, safety, or flavour of the sauerkraut inside.
