Organic Sauerkraut with Carrot - Morgiel - 680g
Organic naturally fermented sauerkraut with carrot for authentic flavour. Vinegar free. Tasty sauerkraut with a well balanced flavour.

Kapusta kiszona in Polish, it can be used for pierogi (Polish dumplings), bigos (cabbage stew) and for many other dishes in Central and Eastern European cuisine.
Note on Packaging: Due to the live, acidic nature of traditional fermentation, minor surface oxidation (rust) may occasionally appear on the metal lid. This is a natural occurrence and, as confirmed by the producer, does not affect the quality, safety, or flavour of the sauerkraut inside.
Ingredients:
White cabbage*, spring water, carrot*, unrefined rock salt (* = organic ingredient).
