Rye flour has a fresh, nutty flavour that goes well in many recipes. Use this flour to make rye bread, sourdough bread, crackers, fruitcakes, gingerbread, scones, pasta, as well as a filler for soups and sauces.

Storage Use:

Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat and damp. Reseal when no longer in use or move to an airtight container.
