What Is Celtic Grey Sea Salt Coarse ?

Traditionally hand harvested from the Celtic Sea coast of Brittany. This natural sea salt is sun-dried and unprocessed. Composed of only 71 to 74% of sodium chloride, which is why it is grey.

 Celtic sea salt is obtained directly through the evaporation of seawater through a natural network of 20 ponds. It is unprocessed and therefore retains minerals and trace elements like magnesium, potassium, calcium, iron, zinc and other nutrients.
