Organic brown linseed (flaxseed) — raw, whole, 27g fibre per 100g
The classic daily flax: raw organic brown linseed with its earthy, nutty flavour and remarkable numbers — 27g fibre and 19g protein per 100g, naturally rich in plant omega-3 (ALA) and lignans. Nothing added.
Linseed or flaxseed — what's the difference? None — same seed, two names. UK kitchens tend to say linseed; everyone else says flax.
Whole or ground? Whole seeds keep freshest, but much of their goodness passes through undigested unless you grind them or chew well. For ready-milled, see Organic Ground Linseed.
Brown or golden? Nutritionally close siblings — golden is milder and sweeter; brown is the robust, earthy classic.
Packs run from 500g up to a 25kg trade sack — better price per kilo as you scale, and WFE Club members get trade pricing.
