What Is Organic Arborio Rice ?

Arborio rice is named after the town around which it is cultivated. This makes them the perfect basis for an authentic Italian risotto.

Arborio rice has short, fat and slightly oval-shaped kernels with a pearly white exterior.

Instructions For Use:

To Cook: Allow 75g of rice per person. Preparation Time: 15 minutes, cooking time 30 minutes. In a pan fry some butter with a portion of rice for 2-3 minutes, then keep adding a small amount of stock at a time until absorbed. Make sure to stir frequently. Season to taste.

Storage Instructions:

Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat and damp.
