DHA and EPA are both essential omega-3 fatty acids that have traditionally been obtained from eating oily fish. Well we’ve taken out the middle man, the reason these fish contain Omega-3s like DHA and EPA is because they have algae as a mjor part of their diet, so why not go straight to the source?

Our Omega-3 DHA:EPA 500mg is produced from algae (Schizochytrium sp. microalgae), making it suitable for vegans and vegetarians, as well as everyone else!
