What Is Oatmeal Fine?

Fine Oatmeal is a type of porridge made from milled, steel cut or rolled wholegrain oats. Oatmeal is especially suited for making porridge, but can also be used as a thickener for sauces or milkshakes.

Apart from being loaded with a lot of nutrients, its proven ability to lower bad (LDL) cholesterol definitely made oatmeal a breakfast favourite.  To Cook: 1. Bring the water and/or milk to a boil. 2. Reduce to medium to low heat and stir in the oats. 3. Stir occasionally, until the oats are soft and have absorbed most of the liquid. 4. Remove from the heat, cover, and let stand for 2-3 minutes. To enhance your taste, add a spoon of nut butter or sprinkle with fruits or nuts or cinnamon.
