Oat Cream

The Bridge’s Oat Cooking Cream can be used as a great substitute for regular cooking cream. Just add the cream to your favourite soup or a delicious sauce for that extra creamy taste. The oat cream can be used in warm or cold dishes alike, and it also softens any sharp flavours in your dishes.

This is an ambient product and does not need to be chilled, until it has been opened.

Ingredients: Spring Water, Organic Oats (10%), Organic Sunflower Oil, Organic Tapioca Starch, Thickener: Organic Locust Bean Gum, Guar Flour, Sea Salt
