Wherever liquid is involved, the No-Moo, Melty becomes soft and creamy. So it is also noble in a pizza calzone, or atop an oven pizza – in which case, we recommend grating the No-Moo. Professionals tell us that they even freeze the No-Moo, Melty slightly before use.
Note: No-Moo, Melty is not suitable for deep-freezing as this will alter its consistency.
