The innovative No-Moo, Blue Classic is the pioneer in a range of the non-dairy Vegusto products. It is the first purely plant-based (vegan) cheese alternative that we have developed.
A real treat both served hot or cold, No-Moo, Blue Classic is comparable in taste to Gouda, with a mild, slight taste of mushrooms. It has a consistency similar to semi-soft cheese, while being tenderly creamy!
It is free from gluten, cholesterol, milk components, lactose, casein, palm oil, phosphates and all components of animal origin. Like all Vegusto products, it does not contain any artificial colors or additives. At Vegusto, of course, we only use ingredients that have not been tested on animals.
The No-Moo range is suitable for deep-freezing except for the No-Moo, Melty.
All of the dairy-free No-Moo cheeses are certified vegan by the UK Vegan Society.
