Rich and comforting Mushroom Bolognese. Mushrooms in a tomato, herb and garlic sauce with a touch of balsamic vinegar, served with linguine 350g.

Linguine pasta (wheat)(42.1%), mushrooms (19.6%), tomato (16.9%), water, onion, carrots, tomato purée, garlic (0.8%), vegetable stock [partially reconstituted vegetables [onion, potato, carrot concentrate, leek, celery]], balsamic vinegar (0.6%) [red wine vinegar, grape must, colour: caramel, preservative: potassium metabisulphite], rapeseed oil, tapioca flour, pea protein, yeast extract, herbs and spices.
