This organic-cashew based semi soft cheese is reminiscent of a soft goat's cheese. It is aged for one to two weeks, delivering a clean and tangy flavour, with a soft and creamy texture.
Palace Culture handcraft their vegan cheeses and use no artificial additives or preservatives. Their artisanal cheeses are made using the traditional process of fermentation, which creates beneficial enzymes and strains of gut-friendly live cultures, b-vitamins and minerals.

Storage
Loosely wrap your cheese in cheese paper and keep chilled or freeze for up to three months in the freezer. Consume within three days of opening.
