Malizzano is a delicious and traditional North Macedonian spread, often served on bread, it is a delicious taste of the Balkans. Variations can be found across the region, but there's a good reason that Mama's is the best - that's because of the added care that goes into the recipe and all the ingredients. No preservatives, no additives it is a natural product and this makes it naturally delicious. We love this spread on toasted sourdough, add some cracked black pepper to taste and top with a nice hard cheese.
Green Ajvar
- Ajvar is always a treat, whether you enjoy it with grilled foods or toasted bread. The savoury spice paste is made of bell peppers and originally comes from the Balkans.
- This variation of the Southeast European speciality is made from green peppers and fiery-hot chilli peppers.
