We hope you all had a very Merry Christmas, enjoyed lots of lovely cruelty free food and spent some quality time with your friends and family this festive season. Today we thought we'd share our Top 10 vegan alcoholic drinks for those of you who may be enjoying a tipple this new years eve. Alcohol is one of those pesky 'hidden' pitfalls when it comes to veganism. You'd be forgiven for thinking that something as simple as wine would always be vegan - it's just grapes, right?! Sadly, there are some outdated practices in the alcohol industry which involve using milk, egg whites, isinglass (dried swim bladders of fish) and even gelatin to filter and clarify the end product. Yuck!
