STOP PRESS. Tofurky are launching a line of vegan sandwiches in the UK, and YOU can help them decide which flavours to launch first!

It doesn't seem too long ago that the thought of a vegan, pre packed sandwich in any shop was but a far away, distant dream. I remember vividly *wishing* that someone, somewhere, would hurry up and make a vegan pre packed sandwich for those days when you need to just grab lunch on the go in a hurry, but it really did seem like the most unlikely possibility. And then, suddenly, in the last year or two, veganism just EXPLODED and what seemed like out of nowhere you had vegan options pop up at Tesco, WH Smith, Boots, Co-op, Sainsburys and Pret. Now whilst this is amazing, and I am of course not going to turn my nose up at the fact that we can now relatively easily find at least one vegan sandwich on the high street - I do have one complaint. There is a running theme throughout the large majority of these sandwiches. FALAFEL. Now don't get me wrong, I love a good falafel. I do. I'm pretty sure it's on page 3457 of the vegan handbook: Must Like Falafel. However, these big brands seem to think that all vegans could ever possibly want on a sandwich is falafel. Where's the imagination? Where's the creativity?

Well, that's where Tofurky steps in. The iconic American vegan meat company have clearly seen a gap in a very hungry market, and are currently in plans to bring out a line of vegan 'meat' and 'cheese' sandwiches (allegedly in partnership with Violife, although we haven't seen this confirmed anywhere.) The best thing about it? NOT A FALAFEL IN SIGHT!

You can take part in this survey to rate 6 sandwiches in order of preference, as well as which store/supermarket you'd be most likely to buy them from.

I'm sorry, but please let's all just take a moment to appreciate the options you have to rate in order of preference: (hello, I'll take them all please!!)

SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY.
