Yesterday, Fat Gay Vegan broke the news of the year. In January 2017, Temple of Seitan are opening up the UK's (quite possibly the world's?) first VEGAN FRIED CHICKEN SHOP.
Temple of Seitan currently mostly pop up at vegan food markets and other events, but in January 2017 they'll be opening an actual, proper, bricks and mortar vegan fried chicken shop in Hackney.
What a time to be alive.

They'll be serving vegan fried 'chicken', mac n 'cheese' and a whole host of other amazingness. You can stalk their Instagram here - be warned, prepare to get hungry!
