User’s Guide to Navigating The Vegan Kind Supermarket Website

Is this your first visit to The Vegan Kind Supermarket? If so, welcome! If not, welcome back. 😊 There’s always a lot happening on our ever-evolving online grocery store with new, helpful features and special offers appearing all the time. This is where our almost 6000 and growing plant-based and cruelty-free products can be found - everything from plant-based meats and cheeses to chocolates, soft drinks, gifts, make-up, and so much more. But don’t feel overwhelmed - let us take you by the hand and guide you through it all step by step!

Just underneath our TVKS logo in the top left-hand corner, you’ll find a list of categories. Popular collections include Meat & Seafood, Chocolate & Snacks, and Kitchen Cupboard. Within every main category are subcategories to help you hone in on exactly what you’re looking for.

Most days we list new and exciting products often just released to the market and sometimes complete exclusives to TVK. Discover all the latest and greatest hip, happening, and ethically sustainable plant-based and cruelty-free releases right here.

Bulk Savings is a chance for our customers to grab hold of their favourite products by the case and make a tidy saving of between 5 and 15% at the same time. Check back often for new additions!

Each month here at The Vegan Kind Supermarket we discount prices on hundreds of plant-based food and drinks; cruelty-free make-up, beauty and household products; and so much more. Reductions reach as high as over 50% so make sure to have a look each time you visit. 👀

In an effort to reduce wasting food and drink, we discount prices close to reaching their sell-by date so you can grab a bargain. Savings are often at and eye-watering 60/70/80% so don’t hesitate - once they’re gone, they’re gone!

Feefo is an independent ratings service - a place for our customers to be open and honest about the service we provide. We put customer satisfaction at the forefront of everything we do and are proud to say we have a Feefo rating of 4.8/5. In 2022 we were awarded a 5-star “Platinum Service Award” award.  

You guessed it - this is where all your lovely vegan goodies appear once you click on “Add to Basket”. From here you can add and subtract quantities, see your total spend so far, use the shipping calculator to work out delivery costs, and even see how many Kind Points you would earn if you checked out now!

Most of us are creatures of habits and tastes. Favourites is a place where you can save all the vegan food, drinks and products you like to shop time and time again so you can easily add them to your next basket. You can also save favourite recipes and articles for future reference! 

As you shop you’ll earn more and more Kind Points which can then be redeemed as money-off vouchers for future orders, yas. Here you'll find all the different ways to earn KPs including signing up, making social media posts, and writing reviews; find your tier name (beginners are “Tofu” rising all the way up to “Avocado”); and see your past claimed rewards.

This is where you sign in. From here you can access all your used addresses, subscriptions, past orders, and recipes. You can also personalise your profile to include a website and or social media profiles.

Just above and to the right is the Help drop down menu. From here you’ll find “The Help Centre” for all your customer support needs including FAQs and how to contact us; “About Us” details our origins and profiles some of our staff; “Vote” is a chance to request and vote on new products and website features; “Call Us” is direct access to our phone number; and “Shipping” is a break-down of all our delivery FAQs including costs.

The Carousel is a place where we show off all our top offers, collections, and special deals - revolving banners with colourful graphics and direct, clickable links. Current displays include TVK’s Hoppy Easter Box, 15% off all H!P bars, 15% off all Healthspan vitamins, 25% off Crave Free From Chocolate bars, and our “Kind Club” sign-up page.

Our middle section changes often and is a mix of the aforementioned vegan food, drinks, gifts, and more accessible through Browse Collections; special collections such as Accidentally Vegan - a place for famous brands who unknowingly make a range of suitable-for-vegan products, Ready Meals Made Easy and Best Sellers; and Staff Picks - everything currently exciting our expert vegan staff the most!
