TheVeganKind Wins Platinum Status In Feefo 2021 Trusted Service Awards

TheVeganKind has attained the Platinum status in the annual Trusted Service awards organised by Feefo, the customer reviews and insights technology company.

The Trusted Service Awards have three tiers in total and the Platinum status is only for companies that won a Feefo Gold award three years in succession. Trusted Service Awards are only given to companies that meet the required high standards, based on the number of reviews collected, and their average rating. 

The tiers reflect the companies' commitment to customer experience. Feefo review system relies purely on verified interactions with real customers which enables brands to stand out for its quality of customer experience.
