These Jalapeño and Lime Lentil Bites are utterly scrumptious, we have been eating a packet a day since we received the samples in the office! TheVeganKind Charity of the month - 10p from each box sold was donated to Animal Free Research UK

On the 17th June, TheVeganKind took on Tough Mudder, one of the UK's most gruelling outdoor assault courses, to raise money for a charity that's very close to our heart: Animal Free Research UK. Half of Team TVK (six of us in total - Scott, Karris, Eve, Sebastian, Kate and Jack) ran a total of nearly 20km and completed around 20 obstacles tested us in every way, both mentally and physically. We’re talking running through 10,000 volts of electricity, a 25 foot ice water swim and a 40 foot barbed wire crawl through mud to name only a few. Throughout our 20km journey we were also pleasantly accompanied by 500,000 litres of mud and 40 tons of ice to raise money for Animal Free Research UK, a charity which is driving ethical, evidence based research to fight, prevent and cure human diseases by investing in the most innovative research which focuses on humans without the use of animals. They are creating a future where animals are no longer used in medical research, where scientists focus on new techniques which are human relevant, giving better outcomes for everyone, people and animals alike. With your amazing support, they can advance human health and end the use of animals in medical research, forever.
