A little stuck on where to begin this Veganuary? If you’re new to the world of veganism, we can lend you a helping hand! Vegan food does not have to be complex, nor does it always have to be super healthy. If you’ve had a busy day and all you have time to whip up is a bowl of hearty pasta, then so be it – that’s totally possible as a vegan. If you’re having a day of indulgence and want something comforting like pizza or burgers, then so be it – that’s also totally possible as a vegan!
Veganuary is undoubtedly much easier as the year’s go on, thanks to fantastic brands and helpful resources that guide people. So don’t feel overwhelmed if you’re taking on the challenge this year. Instead, do a little research into plant-based recipes and products, and seek help from resources like this meal plan. You can do it!
The following meal plan contains breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes from Monday 3rd all the way up to the end of January. Most of these recipes are created for more than one person, but of course, you can adjust the quantities (for leftovers or extra people).
