Plant-based meat just got juicy!  The Curators takes their flavour first, natural hero ingredients approach into the meat-free category.

Best known for their amazing tasting snacks, The Curators are breaking out of the snacking aisle and launching a delicious new range of mushroom-based products.

The new range comprises of two products; Mushroom Burgers and Mushroom Meatballs, both available to buy online at TheVeganKind Supermarket

The Curators are a collective of food fanatics led by friends Max and Ed. United by a passion for big flavour, mouth-watering taste and inspired by the best of street-food, unique ingredients and their favourite chefs.

The Curators are passionate about taking consumers on an “Adventure with Taste” and marrying superior quality and flavour of products with natural nutrition and foodie flair. The new range stays away from soya based ingredients commonly used in the category.

The Curators range is first of its kind, made with high mushroom content (at a whopping 86%), packing the product full of umami, delicious taste and a fantastic ‘meaty’ texture.

Bursting with natural protein, they are also low in saturated fat and provide a good source of fibre and have been consciously curated to be the perfect balance of function, flavour and foodie flair.

The launch comes at an exciting time for the foodie challenger brand, which has has gone from strength to strength in 2020 despite challenging market conditions, seeing their online sales increase by 600% with more consumers choosing to shop online. The good news doesn’t stop there as they have also experienced a 300% increase in grocery distribution across their range, and recently launched a range of craft almonds and peanuts.

Co-Founder of The Curators and 2018 The Grocer Top New Talent alumni, Max Rees said: “We’re absolutely delighted to be working with TheVeganKind at this exciting stage in our journey. We can’t wait to bring some real foodie flair to the meat-free category and establish The Curators as a name synomomous with flavour in plant-based foods in the same way we are smashing it in snacking”.
