Swedish Vegan Food Maker Hälsa Is Looking For A Summer Love Song

Swedish producer of plant-based yoghurt Hälsa has launched an international Hälsa Summer 2020 Love Song Contest.

The company is looking for a positive, catchy summer love song to be used as their theme music.

The song must convey Hälsa’s message, which is: love being the essential ingredient.

Helena Lumme, Hälsa President and co-founder, said: “For us at Hälsa, love means making 100% clean and plant-based food – food that can truly nourish your body.”

“Love is something we need now, more than ever. As we continue to offer consumers our nutritious, organic oatmilk yoghurts nationwide, we’re excited to deepen our mission through our song challenge to spread love—for each other, for our bodies and for our planet.”

Videos presenting live performances must be uploaded on YouTube. Hälsa will judge the songs based on originality, creativity and how well the song carries the company’s message.

Hälsa will award the winner with a $3000 prize (2nd prize is $1000, 3rd Prize is $500). Ten honourable mentions will receive a unique Hälsa Love T-Shirt.

The applicants can submit their songs till Sunday, May 31st, 2020. The winners of the Summer 2020 Love Song Contest will be announced on June 19th, 2020.

If you’re a vegan, environmentally conscious, healthy living songwriter supporting companies that share the same philosophy, this song contest could be for you.
