World's biggest coffee chain Starbucks is adding new vegan ready-to-drink coffees to its range in the UK.
According to The Grocer, the coffee giant is releasing two new flavours: Coconut Cocoa Cappuccino and Oat Vanilla Macchiato.
The Grocer wrote on Instagram: "Joining Almond Iced Coffee, Coconut Cocoa Cappuccino and Oat Vanilla Macchiato" and added a picture of the drinks.
The new coffee drinks are vegan certified. They will cost £1.60 and will be available in supermarkets across the UK in May.
Starbucks has been regularly adding dairy-free drinks and vegan meals options to its menu.
Last year, the chain launched two plant-based drinks: mocha and vanilla. Last month, the company announced it would be adding dairy-free milk from Oatly to selected locations in the US.
Earlier this year the company launched two new vegan options to the menu in it's UK locations: the Caramel Chococado Pot and the Vegan Spiced Protein Bowl.
Starbucks aims to reduce its carbon footprint by 2030. Introducing environmentally friendly menu and expanding plant-based options is a part of the corporation's "sustainability commitment."
Starbucks CEO Kevin Johnson said in an interview for Bloomberg News: "Alternative milks will be a big part of the solution."
