Restaurant Chain Honest Burgers Is Launching Vegan Cheeseburgers

UK fast-food chain Honest Burgers will be launching vegan cheeseburgers next month.  The new vegan sandwich will feature Beyond Meat’s plant-based meat patty and slices of vegan bacon from THIS.

The 'Bacon Plant' burger also contains vegan cheese, chipotle mayonnaise, aquafaba mayo, lettuce, tomato, and onion. The chain is testing the burger in one location in central London.    The 'Bacon Plant' burger will be available in Honest Burgers location from January 2 to February 3. 

The chain operates nearly 40 restaurants in the biggest cities across the UK, including London, Bristol, Manchester and Cardiff. It’s the first time collaboration between Honest Burgers and THIS. Honest Burgers launched Beyond Burger in Summer 2018 as the first chain in the UK.
